The Original Color Chips Waterborne Epoxy Clearcoat comes standard with the garage floor kits and is a great, safe, easy to use thin-mil sealer for your epoxy floor system whether it's on your garage floor or in your basement. It's non-flammable, high gloss, and easiest to use. (1) .7-gal kit covers over 300 sq/ft. 

HPU 747 - The High Performance Urethane Clearcoat is a clear two component polyester/aliphatic polyurethane floor sealer upgrade designed for maximum chemical resistance, abrasion resistance and uv-resistance. It is a flammable liquid and should only be used in a well-ventilated area, NEVER should it be used in a basement or confined space. It works great as a long lasting clearcoat for garages, auto service centers, and more.

The Original Color Chips High Performance Urethane (HPU) (1.5 gallon Kit) Coverage: 450 - 550 Square feet per kit or a two-car garage. Original Color Chips High Performance Urethane (HPU) is a clear two component polyester/aliphatic polyurethane floor sealer that exhibits excellent characteristics for abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, flexibility, weathering and UV stability. 

Norklad 100 - 100% solids Clear Epoxy Clearcoat is a super thick, self-leveling epoxy is mostly used by flooring professionals because of it's extreme durability and mil thickness.  100% solids can be applied with a squeegee, or rolled to get your desired thickess. Applied at 100 sq/ft per gallon, Norklad 100 self-levels over full broadcast chip broadcasts or rough floors.(often seen on terrazzo floors with a glasslike surface). Once Norklad 100 is mixed with the converter it only has a 30 minute potlife, so it is best reservved for professionals or with confidence.

When I mix/apply my clear coat it turns milky white, plus it isn't a full gallon. Is this normal or did I do something wrong?
The waterborne clearcoat epoxy is a thin mil coating that is geared to cover over 300 sq. ft. a kit (Part A Part B) so it is not a full gallon. It starts off white and turns crystal clear as it cures. Thicker areas take longer to cure and turn clear.
