DAMAGE/SHORTAGE CLAIMS: Buyer should inspect all orders/items for shipping damage or shortage. If damage has occurred, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and notify our customer service department immediately.

CONFIRMING PURCHASE ORDERS: Confirming purchase orders is not necessary. If you must fax them, please clearly mark them "confirming" in order to avoid duplication.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: Net 30 days to accounts with established credit. Contact us for credit application. Open account is available to qualified customers only.   We accept major credit cards. (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express). We accept paypal as well.

SALES TAX: We are required by law to add applicable sales tax to all Michigan orders. If you are tax exempt, please submit your tax exemption certificate.
