The Original Color Waterborne Epoxy Clearcoat is a high performance, two-component, clear waterborne gloss epoxy coating for use as a hard, durable high performance architectural coating (HIPAC). Features easy application, low VOC, high flash point, lower odor than solvent-based epoxy, and a hard, tough, stain-resistant finish. For use on interior garage floors or basement floors, or any interior coating (not hazardous - very low odor). This is a thin-mil protective coating for light, medium, or heavy color chip broadcasts. Also can be used as a high quality floor sealer over bare concrete.
However, this product not recommended for use on exterior sidewalks or driveways where constant exposure to direct sunlight is present.
