This is a two - component, clear water base glossy epoxy coating. This hardens to a tough, glossy and high abrasion resistant finish.
Ideal as a finishing or as a refresher coat on quartz and terrazzo floors. Also suitable as a high quality floor sealer over concrete.

Original Color Chips High Performance Urethane (HPU) is a clear two component polyester/aliphatic polyurethane floor sealer that exhibits excellent characteristics for abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, flexibility, weathering and UV stability.
Recommended for auto service centers, warehouses, computer rooms, laboratories, aircraft hangers, cafeterias, exterior tanks, indoor or outdoor service and chemical exposure areas or for a industrial-grade clearcoat for your epoxy floor finish. For use interior or exterior sidewalks or driveways where constant exposure to direct sunlight is present. This is a highly flammable liquid and the use of an organic vapor mask is recommended (included in package).

Etch 'n Clean is a water-reducible phosphoric acid and detergent blend formulated to both clean and prepare concrete, masonry, steel, galvanized and zinc surfaces for coating, staining and sealing. Etch 'n Clean reduces preparation time and cuts labor costs by eliminating the separate pre-cleaning and rinsing operation before etching.

Coverage - 500 sq. feet medium non skid
Non-skid Application: Surfaces coated with high-gloss epoxy may become slippery when wet. For additional slip resistance in areas of pedestrian traffic, use the Non-Skid Additive. While applying your color chips, use the Original Color Chips Easy Sprinkle Can to sprinkle grit onto basecoat.. Be sure not to apply non-skid in too high-concentration, otherwise it will be more visible. Sprinkle at (1) 1.5 lb. can of non-skid per 500 square feet.
After the floor is topcoated, the non-skid (as well as the color chips) will provide tiny bumps onto the floor.
